Lee in the service dept. worked us in on short notice. We were traveling and concerned about an issue with our 2016 Explorer. Another dealer told us it would be a week to get us in; thank goodness we called Toycen. If their sales dept. is as good as their service dept., I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase one of their vehicles. Staff are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! Five stars and more!
Brought my truck in for a tire alignment and was pleased with the experience. It was an easy check in and seemless process. The waiting area was also very nice and comfortable. Everybody i spoke to was helpful. Besides the costs of any vehicle fix it was a good experience.
Wow! The customer service is beyond superior to my experiences elsewhere. When I contacted Toycen Ford to schedule an appointment for my vehicle to be looked at for a heating issue, they were able to get me in relatively quickly (a few days). They looked at my vehicle and confirmed my suspicions. Do you know what else??? They didn’t charge me $$$ JUST TO LOOK at my car; unlike their competitors. They accommodated my work schedule and offered to pick up and drop off my vehicle upon completion (local to the dealership). I cannot imagine going elsewhere and receiving this AAA+++ service and affordable pricing to boot. Shout out to Cole N. and team for making this process/experience flawless and positive for me. 1st time buyer from Toycen- pulled in and there was the vehicle we were going to test drive/purchase right up front. Jeremy met us at the door- super easy to work with. Test drive to purchase and driving home took maybe 20-30 minutes. Very happy with our purchase! I would recommend Toycen Ford 100% of the time!
Appreciate Caleb and others who have “Wrenched” on my F-350. They have always taken the time & effort too really understand the problems, rather than just “Throwing” parts and hoping for the best. Another important part of their service is Communicating with me on issues, explaining their concerns, and expect “Fix” times.

Got to work with Tim “Gibby” Reiter Today and went in unsure of what I wanted and left the lot in a New (Personally) Truck!! They were able to get my vehicle in quickly to diagnose the issue. They were also able to provide a loaner vehicle during this time. They went above and beyond to test drive my vehicle that has been having issues for over a year. I had gone to a local competitor for the same issue. They had my vehicle for 2 months and couldn't figure out the issue. I will definitely be back to Toycen
The estimate they gave me for repairs was almost twice as much compared to other ford dealerships. I was called 2 hours after dropping off the vehicle and told I need to get the loaner back quick because they don’t have any other loaner cars left for other clients.
